Brewing Guidance and Other Uses: 1 teaspoon of rosemary per 8 oz cup of hot water, steep 5-10 minutes. Rosemary pairs well with Gotu kola, peppermint, lemon balm, tulsi, and ginkgo. You can also infuse rosemary in an oil to stimulate hair growth and soothe scalp irritation. Rosemary can also be used as an antiseptic for skin, treating acne, eczema, and reducing puffiness. It can improve skin elasticity, promote wound healing, and fight sun damage.

Herbs love to be paired! Enjoy 15% off when you bring home more than one!

Safety Note: Avoid large amounts of Rosemary during pregnancy.

Description: Rosemary has long been associated with clarity, vitality, and remembrance. Traditionally used to support circulation and cognitive function, this aromatic herb gently awakens the mind while bringing warmth and movement to the body.

For those who feel mentally foggy, energetically drained, or disconnected from their inner authority, rosemary can be a steady companion. Its stimulating nature helps encourage alertness, sharpen focus, and promote healthy circulation (especially to the brain) supporting clearer thinking and renewed motivation.

Energetically, rosemary has long been linked with strength of spirit and personal sovereignty. Many herbal traditions view it as a plant that encourages us to stand a little taller within ourselves, supporting confidence, discernment, and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries.

For those who often overextend themselves, struggle to speak their truth, or feel easily scattered by the demands of life, rosemary offers a bright and fortifying presence.
