Brewing Guidance and Other Uses: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz cup of hot water. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes, then strain and enjoy. This herb blends well with herbs like lemon balm, chamomile, rose, and lavender. St. John's wort can also be infused into an oil or salve for treating minor burns, sunburns, bruises, scrapes, and wounds. It is also effective for managing nerve pain, sore muscles, hemorrhoids, eczema, and psoriasis.
