Brewing Guidance and Other Uses: 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz cup of hot water, steep for 10-15 minutes. May be best mixed with other, gentler herbs. Herbs that blend well with Mugwort would be Chamomile, lavender, passionflower, lemon balm, or skullcap. Mugwort can also be infused into an oil or salve and used topically for fungal infections.

Safety Note: Mugwort should be avoided or used with caution if you take blood thinners or diabetes medications.

Description: Mugwort has long been regarded as a plant of intuition, dreaming, and deep inner awareness. Traditionally used to support digestion, circulation, and the menstrual cycle, this ancient herb carries a warming, gently stimulating energy that helps the body move stagnant energy and reconnect with its natural rhythms.

For those who feel disconnected from their inner voice, caught in cycles of overthinking, or craving a deeper relationship with their intuition, mugwort can be a powerful companion. It has historically been associated with the dream world, and many herbal traditions believe it helps open the doorway between the conscious and subconscious mind, supporting vivid dreams and reflective insight.

Energetically, mugwort is often seen as a plant that awakens perception. It invites you to slow down, tune inward, and listen more closely to the subtle signals of the body and spirit. For people who feel pulled in many directions by the outside world, mugwort offers grounding while gently encouraging exploration of one's inner landscape.

It has also been used traditionally to support menstrual balance and uterine circulation, making it a meaningful ally for those wanting to reconnect with cyclical rhythms of the body.

Mugwort tends to resonate with the curious, the reflective, and those who feel drawn toward the mystical or symbolic layers of life.
