Return Policy

Due to the nature of herbal products, we are unabe to accept returns on any open items. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A Note on Our Products

All herbs and blends are prepared in small batches with care. Due to the natural nature of these products, variations in color, aroma, and flavors may occur.
